Produced in limited quantities by the eco-conscious vintner Pascal Chatelus, this rosé comes from mature Gamay vines on the Mont Beaujolais slopes in the Pierres Dorées area. Entirely handpicked, it displays a delicate pale pink hue with fragrant notes of white blossoms, rosehips, and red berries. The palate reveals a fresh, silky texture complemented by a vibrant fruitiness and a subtle mineral finish.
