Description
The nose is stewed pear, boiled apple and crabapple jelly. The palate is underscored by a medley of delicate spices: chervil, dill and parsley. A bittersweet layer is apparent with juicy grapefruit, blood orange and homemade apricot jam. The finish is brimful of fairground toffee apples and pecan pie, coated in caramel glaze.
