The eighth unpeated Caol Ila single malt from Diageo’s Special Releases, it is taken from American Oak, rejuvenated American Oak and ex-bodega European Oak casks.Hints of citrus and green apple on the nose, with sawn wood and a lingering sweetness on the palate.Rich biscuity finish with a hint of wood spices.
