Exclusive single cask bottling for BC Liquor Stores. This an extremely rare and old single cask of Macallan from Morrison & Mackay. Cask No. 5210 was filled back on March 7th, 1991 with the iconic Macallan whisky and then matured for over 28 years until it was bottled on July, 29, 2019. Only 96 bottles of this exceptional whisky were produced. Beautifully fragrant whisky with aroma’s of tropical fruits and soft vanilla. It has incredible balance on the palate, with juicy pineapple and heather honey. Finishing off with vanilla cream and tangy tropical fruits that take center stage of the long lingering finish.
