The original release from Far North Spirits in the northwest corner of Minnesota, Solveig is a lush and verdant New American Style gin distilled with 8 botanicals, including red grapefruit, organic thyme, and lavender. Offering a nose of citrus, pinecones, and a hint of lavender, Solveig combines a creamy entry with an almost ethereal lightness on the palate. The finish is rich, persistent, and almost cool, with lingering notes of black olives and fresh grain.
