Giffard selects bananas from Brazil and the Caribbean for its premium liqueur. It has a heady tropical scent, laden with strong flavors of ripe and dried banana. On the palate, it’s soft at first with a taste of butter roasted bananas, flambéed with an alcohol aged in oak barrels.
