A new release from Waconia’s J. Carver Distillery, this 7-year-old Bourbon is distilled from Minnesota-grown corn and rye, as well as malted barley. With an amazing balance of sweetness and spice, it’s rich with intriguing flavors of baked pear, caramel, brown sugar, dried orange peel, cocoa, oak, vanilla, and baking spice notes, with a long, soft, and smooth finish.
