Description
Salt on the lips and more honey and lemon on the palate, then the peat sweeps in with the oak from the high strength. Sweet on the finish initally with pastry and chocolate, then the bitter notes of rubbery smoke and spice on the end. One hundred percent Ocotmore farm grown barley. Aged 6 years.
