Description
Long on red fruit and savoury Carmenere essence, there is hints of cocoa and spice on the palate and very long finish. The vineyard source for this wine is in the Cachapoal area of Chile, and the Carmenere grape is an old Bordeaux varietal that has been rediscovered in Chile. Medium bodied and flavourful, try with barbequed dishes, aromatic curry spice recipes or pasta.
