Beaufume’s Chablis has an elegant mineral-driven bouquet that reveals wafts of smoke, toast and lees with aeration. The palate is fresh and crisp with lovely citrus fruit and apple blossom. It is quite saline in the mouth but this serves to prolong the finish. Enjoy with ginger chicken.
