Description
A Grower Champagne, they are located in the Cotes de Bar region of Champagne. Only estate vineyards contribute to their cuvees. Aged a minimum of 8 years on lees, the sole Chardonnay component offers green apple, white flowers and lemon notes along with integrated effervescence and considerable refinement. Will compliment typical Champagne matches like oysters or caviar or try with parmesan crisps.
