Description
Sweetness from deep, long-matured sherry, richness of pound cake, herbal fragrance of lavender honey. The palate has a sherry-sweet body, soft depth from cask influence, rich and mellow. The finish is slightly bitter and sweet with a smoothness of cashew nuts with a faint peaty trail.
