Description
Broglia’s flagship Gavi La Meirana showcases the essence of the Gavi region. Grapes are sourced locally and aged six months on lees in temperature-controlled stainless steel, preserving bright fruit and fresh aromatics. Cool fermentation (12–16°C) maintains delicate fragrance and fruitiness. The result is a full-bodied, elegant white with a distinctive almond-like finish—a hallmark of the terroir. Pair with fish and white meats.
