The secret of Mimosa Canella is the perfect balance between the different varieties of Sicilian PGI Red Oranges used in the recipe. The precious “Moro”, “Tarocco” and “Sanguinello” varieties give the finished cocktail a fresh and thirst-quenching taste. The traditional recipe involves the use of one part of Brut Canella sparkling wine and three parts of orange juice.
