Description
This exceptional whiskey was produced using a bourbon mashbill and distilled to meet the definition of the most famous whiskey. It was put in a barrel at slightly too high a proof to qualify as a bourbon. Discovering this, the master distiller hid it away to see how it would mature. Upon finding this forgotten gem, the company discovered that these few barrels had matured into an exceptional whiskey.
