Description
This tart and dry black currant mead is elegant and refined. Fruit forward with a smooth, rounded honey mouthfeel and puckering tartness. Presents like a fine dry cassis with some almost cabernet-like qualities.
A rich currant aroma is followed by floral honey notes in the bouquet. The tartness from the currants is exquisitely balanced by the honey.
