Dingle Distillery was established in 2012 at the edge of the scenic town of Dingle in Ireland’s County Kerry. Dingle’s single malt is a blend of whiskeys that have been matured in ex-bourbon and PX sherry casks. Aromas of lime zest, mint, and sweet pear give way to flavors of caramelized apple, raisins, and vanilla, with a finish of honey sweetness and spice.
